August 6, 2023Do not move here unless you want your car stolen or robbed. They took down the security gates and cars are vandalized on weekly basis. After numerous complaints and police reports management and RKW do nothing about it.Property Manager Responded

Fantastic Place and Community! Beautiful property!
October 12, 2021Front office extremely helpful and very very pleasant! Love them all! Pool is well maintained and very clean. Grills are clean, working and in great shape. Maintenance requests for apartment is taken care of very quickly. Apartment lay out (2 bedroom/2 bath) is great with large kitchen and plenty of storage space. Excellent place to live.
September 23, 2021We’ve been living here for almost three (3) years not regretful of our decision. We scheduled a tour with Mrs. Llana, and immediately started the process for approval. Throughout our time here Mrs. Llana, has been our go to person, she has always been extremely helpful to our needs, kind, quick to attend to any problems that arise, very approachable, professional and always takes the time to listen and accommodate. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous staff ...and workers. The Maintenance staff is very professional and repairs are done in a timely fashion. The workout rooms are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I like the convenience of the having a private garage. The landscaping is lovely and the units are very well appointed Great location And generally quiet tranquil environment. I have recommended Seabourn to family and friends. Our new main office is impressive as is our club house facilities. Our property has been very well maintained since its inception in 2012 when I ...was among the very first residents.
