March 6, 2026Great community near everything: freeways, shopping centers, parks and activities. The apartments themselves aren’t “luxury” but they are great for the price point. Tiny bugs everywhere
August 16, 2021Do not move here unless you’d like property management to do nothing about your issues in the apartment. There are tiny bugs coming in through a specific part of the window yet they refuse to replace it. They call pest control who seems to not even know what the bugs are but they have stingers and it looks like an infestation. They try to pass it off as it’s just the weather but they are literally coming in through one window in the apartment. The issue is this place is old and they are too ...cheap to replace the window or help residents. I’ll be leaving as soon as my lease is upProperty Manager Responded

Best apartment I've lived in
January 14, 2021This is by far the best apartment I've lived in, and I've lived at Mark Taylor properties. The apartments are nice and clean and the property is gorgeous. The neighbors are kind and courteous and it really feels like a community. The maintenance staff is always super quick to get things resolved and are very friendly. The leasing team is absolutely wonderful. The girls in the main office are always kind and happy to see you and always willing to help with any question you might have. I love the ...emails and little competitions they have. And food trucks every month are awesome, but every week would be even better! The new guy seems really nice, but I haven't had any real interactions with him yet. I only signed on for an 8-month lease, but I'm pretty sure I'll be extending that. Great location, staff and neighbors.
May 23, 2018I absolutely love living here and I really lucked out since this is my first apartment. The maintenance crew is always on top of everything as well as the grounds keepers. Once, maintenance had to enter my apartment because there was a leak from my shower from the previous tenant and the downstairs neighbors had complications due to it. I was at work but they called me and left a message about entering and also left a written note when they were finished to document the time and reason for them ...entering. The lawn, pool and overall exterior are immaculate--who knew such green grass was possible in Arizona! The complex is incredibly dog friendly, especially big ones. Owners are all very respective and keep the lawns clean with doggy bags that are located throughout the grounds. Downhill since Sienna
March 7, 2018This place has gone downhill since changing to IMT Riverview from Sienna. The gym is falling apart and the gate to get into the pool breaks every other week. Mismatched hardware, dented doorknobs, scuffs in the walls and molding. Some doors have holes in them that have been patched up and painted over and the hardware on the bathtub looks like it’s from WWI. There’s a dinge to the tub that will never come out. Everybody here has pets. Perfect place if you want to live in a dog park. (The grass is ...never safe to walk on.)Property Manager Responded

UNETHICAL
January 13, 2016Lived at this complex from 2007 to 2011, I never had any complaints with the neighbors, staff or property. I had to change jobs and move to Colorado several months after renewing my Lease. They CHARGED ME $4,100 to break the lease, EVEN FOR A JOB CHANGE IN A DIFFERENT STATE. I talked with management before having to do this and after, to try and work out a deal, but they will NOT MAKE ANY EXCEPTIONS. I now have a $5,000 debt over my head that is RUINING MY CREDIT to the point where I will now ...have to file BANKRUPTCY to try and rebuild it. Sienna at Riverview
August 18, 2015I love this apartment! My friend and I moved in to a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment at Sienna in Riverview in June. I've never lived in an apartment before and we were looking for something that was in between our jobs--I work in Scottsdale and she works in Chandler. We looked at a lot of apartments, but loved that this one is right on the Mesa-Tempe border, and really close to the freeway for both our jobs. Also, there's a ton of room in our apartment and we both have huge walk-in ...closets (very important)! Our bathrooms have a lot of storage too and we have a huge patio. Even though we're on the bottom floor and there are two floors above us, we don't hear a lot of noise from our neighbors. There's an amazing pool area and work out place, also. Our apartment is super close to Tempe Market Place with shopping and restaurants, and also right across the street from Riverview, with a movie theatre and shops within walking distance. Riverview park is just across the street and I cannot wait for spring training; the Chicago Cubs spring training facility is on the other side of the road from our apartment! If you're looking for a new place to live, I would say to check out Sienna at Riverview. August 2, 2015The move in went well and so far enjoying it. I have had nothing but good things to say about maintenance requests. Timing is great and they are very helpful. The landscape is very well kept and I am proud to tell and show friends and family where I live. The only thing I would mention would be for the front office to get their act together.
