Just signed my 3rd year lease! I moved here from Ohio and I never felt more at home. The people are super nice, great community that gets children and families involved (ex. Easter eggs hunt, etc). It’s comfortable and the balconies are huge! Cute pond area and the pool is very nice. So very children-friendly and I have met some nice families here. I did a virtual tour with Kelli and it was great. I'm thinking of moving to Houston from Chicago and the virtual tour was a great way to see the apartments, but also get to ask questions with out being there in person. I leased an apartment for 6 months starting this past August. The location is beautiful in a quiet suburban neighborhood with lots of open space surrounding it. It feels like it's in a natural area, but shopping and freeway access are within 5 minutes. The complex is quiet too. I never had any disturbance from neighbors or pets. The apartment were lovely. Parking was never a problem. I rented this place online and was nervous because I had never even lived in Spring before moving to the ...

I have enjoyed my stay at IMT Woodland Meadows and am sad to leave but I have to move back to Denver. This is one of the best apartments we have lived at. Kelli in the office has been very helpful with our move out. The office staff is always nice. I do recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment.

I lived here for over two years. Do not move here! There is not enough parking for the residents and their parking system is terrible. If you ever come home after 10pm you will spend hours waiting for a spot to open. The closest business is about a half mile away, and if you park there, they’ll tow you too. If you live here, they will still tow your car. I am actually writing this while sleeping in my car outside of my apartment because I don’t want to be towed. I’ve been looking for a parking ...
spot for 5 hours right now, my apartment is paid for and I still have to sleep in a car.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback concerning your parking situation the other day. Our parking is very limited and this is one of the reasons we went to permit parking so that our residents would be able to have first availability. I can understand the frustration of coming in late in the evening and not being able to find a spot near your building. I have been to the property late on the weekend before and have seen the limited spaces available. We do have garages available for any of our residents who would like to upgrade by renting one.
