July 7, 2025We are sorry to here about your poor experience here at Icon at Ferguson Farm. Please reach out to the management staff so we can address your specific issues related to the office. The maintenance team ensures that the dog waste stations throughout the community are stocked, and walks the community daily to pick up trash and pet waste. We will pay extra attention going forward to ensure that the community is as clean as possible. We enforce parking rules in the community per the lease, but If you ever notice any specific vehicles that we may have missed, please let us know.

July 1, 2025I moved in a month ago and it has been nothing but a relaxing place to be. There is no noise no theft,Everyone is super nice this includes the leasing stuff they have been super helpful, nice and understanding since day one. My husband and I are supper happy and content. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and any concerns are always addressed professionally, I would recommend start limiting parking spaces since its getting a little crowded, but other than that, everything is perfect.Property Manager Responded

July 1, 2025Overall, living at icon has been a great experience so far. However, I am hesitant to leave a 5 star review for a few reasons. The main one is rent payments. Only being able to do split payments before rent is posted is kind of inconvenient and can cause some financial issues, but it’s not that big of a deal. Secondly, having somewhat recently moved in, the application process is still fresh in my mind, and it was way more inefficient than it needed to be. July 1, 2025Living at The Icon in Bozeman has been a very positive experience. The apartments are modern and well-designed, with nice features like good heating, and updated appliances. The amenities are definitely a highlight there’s a great gym, pool, hot tub, clubhouse, golf simulator, and even a dog spa. The location is super convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and trails. Staff and maintenance are usually quick to help and friendly.Overall, it’s a great place to live if you’re looking for luxury ...and can handle the higher cost.Property Manager Responded
