I’ve been extremely happy with my new apartment! The one-bedroom layout is spacious, comfortable, and has everything I need without feeling cramped. One of my favorite parts is the garage—it’s a great size and gives me plenty of room for my vehicle and some extra storage, which is a huge plus. The bathroom is also much bigger than I expected and has a really nice, clean, modern feel. The walk-in closet is another awesome feature with tons of space for clothes, shoes, and everything else without ...

Overall, a great community with lots of perks and amenities. Maintenance is quick to respond however, they do lots of inspections and need access to the apartment often to complete them. The community is pretty quiet overall, with there only being a few times we have noticed noise from cars/loud neighbors. With how spendy it is to live here, I wish more was included in the rent. Utilities have been very expensive overall.

We are in our first week here and everything seems good so far. A little issue with our downstairs neighbor, but that’s not the apartments fault. The walls seem a thin when it comes to outside noise, especially when kids are playing basketball or when people decide to romp around in their cars or have their music loud. Normal life stuff I guess. The dog park is pretty stinky because it’s turf. The dog spa area was dirty when I checked it out over the weekend. The grass is very long right now so ...
I’m hoping it’s just because of the holiday weekend. One last thing I’d like to mention is the trash areas. A good, quick pressure wash of the area would make it not smell so bad and not be a huge mess on the ground.
