Everyone is so friendly and the convenience of the Town and Country grocery store and walkable restaurants is amazing. September 2, 2025This is a very nice complex and the amenities are great. It has dogs everywhere outside and cultivates a very pet friendly environment. It’s very well maintained and clean outside. It did take a while to get our welcome package upon move in, however everyone in the staff has been very nice and welcoming.Property Manager Responded

August 22, 2025So far a great place to stay. I have had only 2 minor things that needed fixing but they fixed them in 2 days. They were on time and very respectful. I would highly recommend Icon Apartments for your next stay. You get your money worth and you pay a lot less than other places I've seen or heard about.Property Manager Responded

August 18, 2025I love the environment “it feels like home”..! I remember the first week we moved here. Within three days my daughter already has new friends. Everyone is so friendly. The apartment itself is spacious. My daughter love her bedroom. The environment is clean and well maintained. I love the flowers in front of our bedroom.
