    I enjoy living at icon, as it is a good community without drama. The grass has been kept well and even updated in certain areas so the outdoors look beautiful. Neighbors are quiet, and a response to any needs is immediate.

    I have lived at Icons at Ferguson farm for a yeah and a half now and love it! The staff has always been incredibly helpful and kind. The property is well kept and maintenance is prompt. This has been my first time ever living in an apartment complex and it is wonderful. My kids love the pool and sports game simulator

    We just signed our 3rd lease at Icon at Ferguson Farm, we absolutely love it here. The entire staff is extremely helpful, always going above and beyond for their tenants (shoutout to Jessica). The amenities are top notch and we’re so grateful that Icon is pet friendly. If you’re looking for an apartment rental definitely check them out FIRST! You won’t regret it!

    Cute location, promising amenities. The stairs in the apartment are very steep. The resident portal service is very slow. It’s a pretty apartment and the club house is very enticing; we look forward to showing our family around.

    We spent a long time touring by apartments and when we saw this one it looked fantastic. Leasing took a little to process, and the portal system they use is VERY slow to the point where it’s a little frustrating. But the staff so far have been friendly, and we’re excited to use the amenities. The apartment is super cute and it suits us so well. As long as they properly upkeep all the community spaces, then I doubt we’ll have any issues or complaints here.

    A place full of tranquility, super good to live. I love the pools and the coffee spot. Very friendly and quiet neighbours. There are no exaggerated noises.

    I love living here, the "landlord" vibe isn't present, and all the staff are lovely and helpful. The only downside is that the pool can become quite busy in the summer, depending on the day, but that's both fun and annoying. Some people take it too far, but for the most part, it's still a lovely community here, and I've never had an issue with another resident personally
