The Icon has been a great place to live so far, while it’s only been a week I have had a good experience so far. I had a minor issue in my closet where the racks were falling and I put in a work order and the next day they had it fixed! I would recommend this place to anyone.

One of the best maintenance teams I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Very rarely are there issues, but when there are, they're always accommodating and willing to solve the problem and honor special requests I might have (like preferring certain solutions, being extra clean, timing, etc). I used to hate apartments, but if all apartment experiences were like this, I wouldn't mind them! The admin team is always so kind, and the amenities (though I rarely use them) were always clean and ...
taken care of. The community (of people) also seem to be more neighborly and it's always nice to see people walking around the neighborhood together. It's safe and friendly. The fact that the insides are modern and have all hard-floors (which are a much cleaner solution than carpets) mean that my stay at Icon has been *THE* cleanest, safest, and most pleasant apartment experiences I've ever had.
