BEST APARTMENT EVER!!
January 16, 2026This is hands-down the best community I've ever lived at. The Icon staff were friendly, helpful, and communicative when we were first searching for apartments and they have been amazing for the 10 months we've lived here! I literally do not have a single complaint. The property is clean, beautiful, and there are tons of luxury amenities. The team is quick to respond to maintenance requests and does a great job of explaining the process. Our apartment unit itself is spacious, full of natural ...sunlight, and feels like a luxury hotel. For the first time in my life, I LOVE my apartment. I enjoy coming home from work to such a wonderful place. We used to live at Copper Pointe apartment homes, and it was hell on earth. I'm grateful to God for Icon- it's been a breath of fresh air. Anyone who has lived at an awful apartment complex would understand. ALSO, they sent us an offer to re-up our lease contract for an additional year, and did NOT increase prices! The staff and management is honest and caring. They take pride in renter satisfaction. January 15, 2026I’ve been living in these apartment buildings for 3 months and overall it’s been a really positive experience. The community feels clean and well-kept, and the common areas are usually in great shape. I really appreciate that the staff responds quickly whenever I have a question or need something, good communication makes a big difference. The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly, which is a huge plus. Parking is generally easy, and the amenities are convenient and practical. January 3, 2026No complex is perfect but this one is nice. However, don’t expect your concerns or issues to be addressed right away while they may not be top priority, but sometimes it may be weeks before you see things addressed. The Amazon parcel lockers, may seem convenient most of the time packages are scattered around because lockers are filled leaving your package, not secure. the apartment office put a note asking the drivers not to do such a thing but they do it anyway. If your package was to make it to ...your building, it wouldn’t come to your door, most of the time it would be on the ground floor at the bottom of the steps becoming a tripping hazard for residents. Lastly, while it hasn’t snowed here yet, we’re told that the crew takes care of the parking lot and driveways for people to get in and out. There is a hillside that has to be drove by many cars up and down daily. I suppose that is my concern, that it’ll be salted and taken care of for cars to leave and come in.Property Manager Responded
January 12, 2026Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate you acknowledging the positives of the community while also voicing your concerns. We understand the frustration regarding delayed responses to certain issues. While some concerns may take longer due to prioritization of urgent matters, our team is always working to address all requests as promptly as possible and we appreciate your patience. Regarding package delivery, we completely agree that scattered packages are not ideal. While we have communicated directly with Amazon and other delivery services and posted notices requesting proper use of the parcel lockers, delivery drivers are third-party contractors and, unfortunately, their actions are outside of our direct control. We do try to get all packages delivered to lockers ourselves, when the space allows. We continue to advocate on behalf of our residents and encourage anyone experiencing ongoing issues to notify both the Icon office and the delivery ...provider, so we can document and escalate concerns when possible, and the provider can also have record of the concerns. As for packages left in common areas or at the bottom of stairwells, we share your concern about safety and tripping hazards. We do our best to monitor and remove items when we become aware of them, and we appreciate residents bringing these situations to our attention.
