Terrible
September 24, 2025Save yourself the headache and don’t move here. When it was Alta Bridges, it was great, but ever since they switched to Icon Bridges, it’s been nothing but problems. Nobody ever answers the phone, management changes every other month and somehow gets worse each time, and the emergency line is useless because no one answers that either. They’ll act like you’re getting a discount for renewing your lease, but you’ll end up paying almost the same. The ‘gated community’ thing is a joke the gate stays ...wide open most of the day. Strangers who don’t live here come in, cars get broken into, and people just wander around looking inside vehicles. They even got rid of the 24/7 security patrol that used to keep the place safe. On top of that, they make you pay for valet trash that half the time doesn’t even get picked up. I’ve even seen the valet trash workers just leave bags piled up in front of the compactor, which ends up attracting pests, cats, and other animals tearing through the garbage. This becomes an inconvenience to the people that live close to the compactor because the smell and sight of that is horrible. Maintenance doesn’t know how to fix anything either. The tour and promises make it sound nice, but living here is the complete opposite. This place is not worth it, find something else.Property Manager Responded

Love it, but!
March 17, 2025I love my apartment, they have two story complex which allows for someone not to be the top of you. The window view is the best and I love the open concept. Bedrooms, bathrooms and closets are beyond large. The only downfall is the noise from this mechanic room that is in every building. There is some type of compressor that makes horrible noise intermittently 24 hours a day. Never ending, especially if you are a light sleeper and it is near my main bedroom. So just make sure you are not ...close to that area. Love the ladies that are in management. They are extremely helpful and I love that it is a smaller complex and fairly new.Property Manager Responded

horrible, don’t do it!
November 11, 2023please don’t move here, apartments was wonderful and management was good until new management came around, they don’t answer the phone you better off calling the cops not matter your issue, RENT went up almost $200 in less than a year, don’t do game nights anymore, took security away from us and not only took security they have the nerve to keep the gate open 24/7 so unsafe especially since all the crazy things going on around the neighborhood. also trash always over flowing and on the ground, ...nobody sweep the parking lot so much trash and food containers in the area. lately they’ve been giving tickets for parking in the fire line and handicap which is ridiculous do to the fact that it’s never no parking you’ll have to park 5 minutes away from your apartment if your coming home later than 9 i’m assuming they thought each person should’ve had 1 car per unit with the parking they have smh.Property Manager Responded
