Terrible experience
February 12, 2019This place does not deliver on the promise of luxury living. Great sales pitch and a nice place on the surface, but management is seriously lacking. They cut corners everywhere from the actual condo units to the public amenities. Valet is a wreck, elevators are a huge nightmare and nobody is available to answer complaints. We moved out due to a serious lack of air conditioning in our unit that couldn’t be fixed. After 4 service calls and pictures of thermometers and thermostats showing the issue ...they told us that even though the bedroom couldn’t cool below 80 degrees it was working fine.
