November 10, 2024The apartment and area itself are great but towing away operable vehicles of paying residents is ridiculous. I have never in my life seen a complex tow cars for out of date tags. People are struggling to make rent and tacking on towing fees is uncalled for.Property Manager Responded

November 24, 2024I’m Paying $30 a month for trash where other apartments are paying $5. The quality has gone down as well as the amenities. When I moved in there was a car wash and a gym. Now I have to pay $50 at lease renewal for a broken down gym and there’s no car wash. I’m movingProperty Manager Responded

September 1, 2024Been here since 2020. The females (laura & johana) in the office, lie about everything. The luxury pools water pump is always “broken”. These apartments haven’t been anywhere near luxury since I viewed them, just a place to lay your head honestly. Also trash is apparently prorated instead of a set fee, trash was $10 or less when I moved in here, now it’s between $20- $35 each month because it depends on the amount of trash in the apartment complex.. I take out one trash bag a week…… Apartments ...are small 725 sq feet for 1 bedrooms (don’t let them fool you) and have 30-50 different spiders within a month or two that get into your apartment, somehow (Poor insulation and cracks in doors/windows). Save the time, money and energy.Property Manager Responded
