Icon is quiet and one of the best apartments I’ve stayed in. The view from my balcony is the pool and the upkeep on it is awesome. They respond to requests quickly and try their best keep residents up to date.

It's not better or worse than most complexes. The only real complaint is the neighbor next to me screaming. Also the neighbor downstairs barbecueing and smoke filling my apartment. It would be nice if the pool was working more often.

The entire property was filthy upon move in. Dirt, dust, pollen and cobwebs all over breezeway, stairs and handrails and walls! Had to move all my furniture in thru that mess. My apt was dirty and was not cleaned prior to moving in. I spent hours cleaning it before I even moved my furniture in. There was a dirty razor blade and a piece of glass behind the kitchen sink faucet that cut my finger. Several maintenance issues addressed but they have been taking care of for the most part. Residents ...
there never pick up their dog droppings, neighbors leave bags of trash sitting outside their front door or in the breezeway for days before taking to the dumpster. So far, I haven't had a good experience here, and this is the dirtiest, most ghetto community I have ever lived in to have to pay so much in rent. As much as im paying for rent, they should AT LEAST keep the property and buildings clean!
