Parking is awful and one of the reason why I’ll be ending my 5 year stay at Idea One. The security guards are never to be found and will tow a car when moving in or setting up for an event (even when the front office gave prior approval). Everything else is fine.

It’s a lovely community that’s FOR residents. The building alone is fantastic, from a 24 gym to a sundeck and jacuzzi and parking. They cater to residents by hosting a plethora of events in the complex and around the community partnering with local business.
