Avoid at all costs
August 2, 2022This place is so mismanaged. The owners are in California and don't care. The management company doesn't care and on site management is even worse. THERE IS NO PARKING...we do not have enough spaces for everyone. We were able to park on the grass behind main building. Now you get towed.Property Manager Responded
August 4, 2022Hi David, Thank you for your feedback. The city has restricted parking. They took away 35 parking spots. We have taken the city to court in hopes of getting those spots back. On 8/10, we should have a better idea. In the meantime, we are monitoring the parking situation and understand your frustration. Unfortunately, parking on the grass is not allowed. January 29, 2022Constant electrical outages and false fire alarms. There is now two laundry machines down. This place is falling apart! The managers don’t seem to care honestly. Apparently their boss isn’t much help to them either as they claim they don’t get communication from their higher ups... Wouldn’t recommen.Review from Apartments.com
