Cozy and Comfortable
September 7, 2015This is a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. With equestrian trails, hiking , bike trails and Three separate parks just steps away from your front door it is easy to unwind in the local activities. In addition this complex is located just 1 mile from downtown Brea and about 1.5 miles from Downtown Fullerton Making the nightlife accessible without being right in the thick of it. Cal-Sate Fullerton is also just a short distance making it very convenient to student. Grocery stores and shopping is ...also with in walking distance and the Brea Mall is a short 6-8 min. drive away.The property manager is helpful and can be reached during normal business hours and maintenance has been very polite with all of our needs and they have recently made available to tenants making rent feel more secure and less arduous. All in all this is a very good apartment to live in and a great neighborhood to be a part of. Great place to live!
August 26, 2015Idylwood Apartments located in Fullerton, CA is a great place to live. It is well maintained and the landlord is always quick to respond to any questions you might have. The complex has security cameras and security that patrols the complex daily. The complex does not have many units so it is a gem to find here in Fullerton. It is located in a safe area surrounding great schools and shopping centers. Great for nearby students and families.Review from Apartments.com
