New Management is bad
August 23, 2025The new management team that took over earlier this year has been disappointing. While they may present a friendly face during tours, their treatment of residents after move-in has been noticeably indifferent and at times dismissive. Key issues include: Elevator outages: Elevators have been out of service for several months with no clear timeline for repair. Biased management practices: There appears to be favoritism, with certain individuals - reportedly family members of management - acting ...as though they have authority over other residents. Unwelcoming environment in Building 1: Some residents have exhibited discriminatory and hostile behavior from management and residents, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for others. Additionally, if you live on the Penthouse, 8th, or 7th floor, be prepared for constant noise from the gym above weights slamming can be heard throughout the day and night If you're considering moving in, I recommend speaking directly with current residents to get a fuller picture of what living here is really like.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

My husband and I were living here in a one bedroom unit and needed to switch to a bigger unit before our current lease was up, due to finding out we're expecting. Grace helped process our transfer, and we couldn't be happier! The amenities are next level, and the on-site courtesy officer and door and gate codes at every entrance point make this a super great, ...safe place to live. July 3, 2023Love the views, space, natural sunlight, and gold finishes! Only 2 hang ups are: 1.) The walls are very thin, so you can hear your neighbors music and conversations, and you can also hear the plumbing move through the pipes as your neighbors take a shower, and flush their toilets. 2.) The closets and bathrooms are tiny in comparison to most properties. Better construction in those two areas would've made this community perfect.Property Manager Responded
