Beware living or buying here! Structural issues and horrible management
August 27, 2022Research Images Condominiums and you will see the many structural problems those buildings have. Add the very poor management that does not respond to emails or calls of concerned owners and renter. Not safe to live here cause FS Residential (management) and board (who live outside of the US) does not maintain the complex.Review from Apartments.com
Don't live here
July 3, 2021I've lived here for a year and a half; the management is unresponsive, most units have not been updated and have leaking ac units and other plumbing problems. There are roaches everywhere, no matter how clean you are as a person. the property is not well kept, lots of structural damage to the buildings, and the area is noisy! If it isn't police sirens, it's other tenants making loud noises and entertaining at all hours.Review from Apartments.com
PERFECT AREA AND A QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD

Stay away, place full of cockroaches
October 23, 2018This place is awful, the management is really bad, you’ll see 15 people living in a 1 bedroom apartment, there is never parking available, people park in handicap space without a legal permit. They have water leak problem in most of the apartments. Cockroaches everywhere,. Stay away from this horrible place.Review from Apartments.com
cozy little complex
August 9, 2015I rent a one bedroom apartment in a apartment complex about ten minutes from Disney World. At 10:00 everynight i can sit on my balcony and listen to the fireworks from Magic Kingdom. The complex neighborhood is very quiet and extremely clean. My one bedroom apartment includes a washer/dryer, walk in closet, and a balcony. The kitchen is very small, it's perfect a single person such as myself. The living room is perfect for having guests over. I overall enjoy and would recommend this complex to ...anyone who is either a single person or a young family starting out. July 20, 2015I just recently moved into a complex named images here in Kissimmee florida. First off the complex is conveniently located near the Disney, Universal, and Seaworld parks. I would recommend this complex to anyone who works for the theme parks, young couples just starting out, or a single person like myself. The complex itself has many amenities such as a pool, fitness center, a small movie theater in the clubhouse, tennis courts, playground, a car wash and laundry room. There are street lights ...outside in the parking lot, so everyone who drives inside the complex or just walks around can see at night. Now for my part of my cozy little home. I'm a single female so my one bedroom apartment fits me perfectly. The kitchen is small enough to cook meals and their is a breakfast to sit at to enjoy meals. There is no room for a kitchen table, but having a big living room makes up for it. It's big enough to have company over or to have a friend or family member to sleep at when visiting. The balacony has two entrances one thru the living room and the sliding glass doors thru the bedroom. The bathroom is fully equipped even a washer/dryer combo inside the bathroom, have to walk thru the bedroom to use it. Hey gotta take the good with the bad. Now for the icing on the cake, the closet is a walk in closet. I love this closet, i get to hang my clothes and pretend i am at a clothing store. Typical woman thing. Overall i am very satisfied with the living space and new home i am making a home for myself. Like i said from the start i would recommend this complex.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
