January 4, 2019Don’t be fooled. This place seems nice and calm on the outside when you initially view the property but when you move in the problems start to add up from the inside out real fast. On moving day, I opened two drawers in the kitchen and it was completely full of rat droppings and pieces of wood from the pin board cabinets. The sliding doors in our bedrooms are peeling off because their rubbing, the bathtub’s paint and walls are also peeling (it’s coming out in layers too). The dumpsters are always ...overflowing with garbage, and it flys everywhere! There’s always police activity; my two cars have been broken into and one had gas siphoned out! Our neighbors car window was busted out just last night. This place is a joke and security drives by once at night. During the summer there’s an influx of insects such as water bugs, ants and mosquitos brought to you by the lovely estuary which also harbors homeless people and criminal activity.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
