Here’s my review because people deserve to know exactly what they’re walking into.
This complex has serious health and safety issues that management continues to ignore. There is a constant pest problem—fleas, gnats, crickets, cockroaches, and even rats. It’s not occasional, it’s ongoing.
The water is not drinkable, which is completely unacceptable anywhere, let alone in a place charging rent like this. On top of that, the washing machines are almost always broken, making basic living ...
unnecessarily difficult.
Even worse, there is black mold developing due to poor ventilation in the bathrooms. That’s not just an inconvenience—that’s a real health hazard. Instead of addressing the root problem, it’s either ignored or patched over.
This place is not being properly maintained, and residents are the ones paying the price. I would strongly advise anyone considering moving here to think twice.
