I regret living here
October 25, 2025Maintenance team are nice people! However, work never gets fully completed. I had an issue when i moved in and almost 7 years later it never got fixed. Most work orders take a week or more to get finished, but God forbid you’re late with rent by one day! Walls and ceilings are thin so you can hear everything your neighbor is doing, literally EVERYTHING!Property Manager Responded

I hate it here
October 17, 2025Easily the worst place I have ever lived. My building has loud music and parties all the time. Sometimes it goes on well into the night. Terrible place for someone with a job. When I called the leasing office, it seemed like they were going to resolve the issue. It actually became worse. The leasing office does not even respond to my messages anymore. My smoke alarms are expired. I put in a work order, someone came and pressed the test button. He said “it should be fine”. The dryer vents do not ...get cleaned routinely. The dog waste stations are frequently over flowing. I really can’t say a single good thing about this place. I cannot wait for my lease to expire.Property Manager Responded

December 1, 2024There's some good things here and some things that can be improved on. My neighbors are friendly and respectful. Some on the other hand don't follow rules like keeping their cars up to date . Some leave garbage and unwanted items on the ground by the dumpsters which is unsightly and upsetting to look at.Property Manager Responded

November 19, 2024So far I’m really enjoying living here.. a few hiccups but overall a great place to live and my child really enjoys it as well.. staff is very nice and efficient maintenance a little slow with responses but they get the job done.. other than that great place.Property Manager Responded
