New property management 2019 & it's gone downhill
November 11, 2020We've lived here 4yrs. Roughly 1.5yrs ago the property was sold to the current management company. They never answer the office phone, voicemail is always full. If they receive packages for you they don't notify you. They hardly ever have a cleaning service come clean the interior of the buildings, they changed the cost of laundry without notifying tenants & I swear they adjusted the dryers because now it takes $2 for a load to be completely dry. They changed the company who services the trash & ...only have 2 trash dumpsters for 96 units so they are constantly overflowing & garbage all over the parking lot. Raised the rents all while the neighborhood has started to turn downhill. September 28, 2020We have an awesome view, very spacious rooms a lot of space and I love closets we have shelves and large space with extra storage space to in basement I was able to bring most of my important things a teaching stuff! balcony is a very nice size love my parking near to door and love the recreation across the street and large public park where we can go barbecue, walk or just sit under the tree..near grocery stores and main street to Malls and excellent bus routes..Review from Apartments.com
