October 3, 2019I have live here at Imperial Village for three years, the experience here is absolutly awesome!! The office staff, Chantel is absolutly amazing, she is always friendly and takes care of all your needs with a smile on her face. Amanda is also as friendly as they come, they are both very attentive to any needs you may have. The maintenance crew is also great, any issues are resolved immediately and they are very professional. I would recommend Imperial Village to all who are looking for a great ...place to live and have very friendly people around you. The apartments complex has lots to do, with a very nice pool to a brand new gym. The beach is around the corner and restaurants all around you. Stop looking and move in at Imperial Village, "you won't be disappointed".......Property Manager Responded

Great place
December 1, 2018I am a long time resident and the new owners are doing a great job. We have completely renovated apartments and they have added many new features to the community. Maintenance is very responsive and responds the same day. Parking is assigned for 1 car. It is quiet and close to the beaches.Property Manager Responded

Nice place to live
June 3, 2018We moved here six months ago because our house was destroyed by fire. The office personnel was extremely helpful and the transition was seamless. The apartment is newly renovated and clean. We have never seen a bug inside! The only issue we had upon move-in was the shower drain in the master bedroom had a very bad build-up. Having a washer/dryer in the apartment is a blessing. We've never had an issue with neighbors or unwanted people on the property. Dog poop is never an issue when walking ...around. The pool area was just renovated and is absolutely beautiful. I do believe the rent is a bit high, and unfortunately, we may have to move to a cheaper place. Overall, Imperial Village Apartments is a beautiful place to live.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
