Do some research before moving in this building People don’t pick up after their dog always have a lot of dog poop on common public area Elevator is always dirty especially on weekends dog pee everywhere It smells always funky on the hallway Management are rude! They’re never willing to help Madelyn and Barrington are the worst very unprofessional Parking garage is filled with cars who doesn’t have parking permit Your package will get stolen for sure I don’t think they do background ...
check here as it seems like they just accept who ever in this building Pros : friendly maintenance

I’ve really enjoyed living at Imprint Apartments in Dorchester. The building has a modern feel and the apartments are super comfortable — great layouts, lots of natural light, and everything feels new and well taken care of. The amenities are a nice bonus (especially the gym and rooftop), and the location makes it easy to get around or grab food nearby. I’ve lived here for about 3 months now and I love it. This community offers a great amount of work from home spaces and the staff is honestly the best I’ve encountered. Brand new apartment, great views, can’t beat it !!!

Scam Property - Awful
December 1, 2024
I live here and it was new construction but don't let it fool you. I had to have 3 major appliances replaced, 1 appliance fixed, and Months later I am still having constant issues. Building management is rude and ignores residents, the maintenance staff tries but since no one likes living here and the property is losing money they aren't given budget to make things right. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. It's horrible.
