Incite had all the amenities I was looking for, but at a high price for a room. However, most tenants were relatively quiet during my stay with the exception of one. Apartment complex is pet friendly, and haven't had a bad incident from any other pet owner. Parking is pretty tough. 5th street (free parking) is reliable, but make sure your cars are locked. They do provide inside and outdoor lot parking, but at a cost. For me, it wasn't entirely needed because of 5th street, but convenient to have. ...
Overall, Incite provides convenient living, nice to have but a bit expensive for my taste.

I love that this apartment is close to RPI and very safe with all the security measures. I love the gym especially in the apartment so I don’t need to buy a membership!

All the amenities are nice. But it all depends on who your roommates are. And their cleanliness but outside the apartment the amenities are very nice and well maintained and when you do a work order, they put it out a top priority.

For the most part really good. I love the amenities I utilize the study rooms and gym frequently. I love the area as well. I wish the gym had a stairmaster

Move In was very simple and the team was extremely helpful. Very responsive in answer questions and making sure I had everything I needed. The only complaint is it is sometimes hard to reach the team through phone or email.

Very difficult to get anybody on the phone. But when you do get someone on the phone. The staff there are very helpful. And go out of the way to help you.
