Proud to have called it home
June 14, 2021100% would recommend living here. You get a lot of value for the rent. Plus they don't force you to pay any amenity fees like a lot of other apartment complexes in the area. No point in me paying for a pool or gym when I already have a gym membership. I lived in a 1 bedroom. The only things I wish I had paid more attention to during the apartment tour was the fact there isn't any dishwasher in the kitchen and that there is no AC unit in the bedroom. With that said I've gotten to enjoy washing ...dishes - buy a nice pair of kitchen gloves, your hands will thank you for it. And with regards to the bedroom which can get a bit hot in the summers, you can buy an inexpensive window unit off Amazon for like 100 bucks to put in your bedroom window and bring back that chilly bedtime bliss. I've heard maintenance has helped many folks to even install theirs. Overall great community. Someone recently asked me if I hear neighbors at all. You do hear neighbors as is expected of any residences with shared walls, but not a lot at all. Definitely not something that's kept me up at night. My neighbors were all very considerate. Also I'm proud to have called it home. Nice to have friends over and them be impressed by the well manicured lawns, street lighting and ample parking throughout the community. I lived on the ground floor and rarely ever had any insects. The doors are sealed off at the bottom which is great. If I'm being real nitpicky, I would have liked more trashes through the community. It's a bit of a walk sometimes. I think most folks just drive their trash though, so that's an easy solution.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great place to live
October 7, 2017Great place to live! Close to shopping, good food, walking trails and parks. The apartment was clean, no problem with anything nasty. Loved the rabbits who roamed the property. The pool area has nice chairs and loungers with covered sitting. Neighbors were nice and helpful. Management was helpful and were great compared to most places. Never had an issue with maintenance, they were friendly and kind as all the staff at Independence Crossing have been. I would live here again.Review from Apartments.com
A slice of heaven among appartments
July 22, 2015good pricing,quite community, has dishwasher,and laundry room,with a good mixture of people. It's close to King of Prussia,the 113,276, and the 422. Allows cats but it's 20$ for each up to two cats. I love that it's not off a busy road and there are several roads to get to my place. I can keep my windows open and only see trees or grass or the sky. The only negative about the place is that it's old and the current owners didn't build the buildings so they're trying to remodel and fix them the ...best they can. One problem we have is that the roof swells w heat so the screws swell and the paint falls off around some of the screws. They know about it and are willing to fix it but it's just gonna crack again. Since it's not a structure issue we are gonna wait till the winter to have them replanster and paint the hallway where the issue is.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
