Noises, Paper-thin Walls
April 14, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comIndependence Place has paper thin walls, and you can hear everything your upstair neighbor is doing. I have lived here for almost 2 years, and it has been an absolutely terrible experience. If you value sleep, peace, and quiet, then consider viewing another apartment in Cranston or Warwick. My dog is terrified, and she always stays in her crate (which she never would do before we moved here). The property managers, Katie and Crystal, can only do so much about noise complaints, that you are on ...your own trying to resolve them. That is certainly disappointing for us to hear, as we strive to do everything within our ability to ensure a peaceful and comfortable living environment for all our residents. With all apartment community living, there is always going to be a certain level of noise in the buildings and you will always know you have neighbors around you. As you noted, the management staff takes all complaints and concerns seriously and we do everything we can to mitigate as much noise pollution as possible. Some noise factors are avoidable and some are not, which is always frustrating for both the residents and management. We appreciate your understanding. way overpriced
April 26, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comThis apartment needs to know it's lane, they are 69% over fairvalue, their appliences are old as dirt. The counters are cheap plastic, and the sq footage is a joke. I live in the biggest one and all the footage is hallways and bathrooms.
