Renovated apartments are very bad
September 7, 2025At first glance the apartment seems very nice until you can hear every little footstep and noise. Can hardly fall asleep at night. Unless you get the upstairs unit, I wouldn’t recommend going there.Review from Apartments.com
Safe Place to Live
August 18, 2021Lived here 5 years and maintenance replaced and fixed almost immediately issues when they arose. Usually within a day for little things and a week for big things like new AC units. They got a good handyman guy working here too. Couple years ago had a dripping faucet and they were here within the hour. Neighbors are friendly as is the office staff. These days most people keep to themselves and that is for the best.Review from Apartments.com

Poor experience all the way around
May 25, 2019Hours for office are supposed to end at 5, staff leaves by 3:30. Communication is difficult, nearly non-existent. When communication does happen, not helpful in any way...even rude. Neighbors smoking marijuana, people from other buildings using our ONE washer and dryer (they have their own in their buildings)...ours barely works in the first place. Overall, there were more negatives than positives, not a pleasant experience! Could not wait to get out of there!!!!!!Review from Apartments.com
Yikes
July 25, 2017I lived here for 2 years and the first year was great. 2nd year I had plumbing problems with my tub. It took them forever to come out and "fix" it. Everything is outdated in the apartments, and the grounds are disgusting and not kept up. The laundry area is a joke and never works. Nice place
December 15, 2015For a first apartment this place is great. It's very affordable, considering you're right on the lake. Also, heat and water is included which is nice. Being right off Dixie Hwy is super convenient. The apartments are very spacious with plenty of room to have people over comfortably. Most of the people that live here are nice and don't seem sketchy. Ive never felt unsafe here no matter what time of night. The only complaints I have are the response time to maintenance calls, seems like you ...have to call multiple times. Also the washer and dryer area isn't so great, expensive and the machines are difficult to use. Other than that it's been a great place to live!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Office staff sucks!
August 20, 2015The office staff here is terrible, they are unintelligent and they don't follow up on anything. I have been woken up twice this week before 8 am with banging on the roof because the office is allowing the workers re roofing to start at 7:30 am. The buildings are very old, my bedroom door doesn't close and I have called several times about a paid parking spot and I have gotten nothing in return. The only good thing is it's a safe area, but many of the tenants are pretty sketchy. Kitchen is small ...and old and my cupboards don't close.
