Indian Creek Apartments - A Nightmare
May 31, 2024Indian Creek Apartments, man, where do I even start? This place is like stepping into a horror movie. The leasing manager, she's something else, let me tell you. She sweet-talked me into signing that lease with promises of living the high life, but once I was in, it was like dealing with a brick wall. Maintenance issues? Forget about it. It's like they don't even care if the place falls apart around us. When something goes wrong, good luck getting it fixed in a hurry. My AC went kaput in the ...middle of summer, and it took them three days to even look at it. Laundry? Don't even get me started. Those machines are straight outta the Stone Age. Bottom line, steer clear of Indian Creek Apartments unless you enjoy living in a nightmare. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to crash.Property Manager Responded

Terrible Place
October 3, 2017This place is absolutely disgusting from walls cracking, cabinets not being able to close, swimming pools packed from kids next door, restrooms are terrible, dish washer falling out of the wall, smell of cigarettes, and weed, and when we moved in it was infested with Fleas, WAY overrated. This is not a joke, maintenance people are really nice and friendly but the place is absolute trash. I would not even recommend my worst enemy to live here, this place is a complete utter wreck. Don’t believe ...these other reviews with 4 star they are probably bribed to do that. DO NOT MOVE HEREProperty Manager Responded

Review of Indian Creek Apts. in Carrollton, TX
September 25, 2015The unit is well-maintained, but it has been here a while. The stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator are quite old, but they function. My apartment had faux wood tile laid down in the living room, instead of carpet. That was a big plus for me. Also, I have a two bedroom and both of the bedrooms are the same size. This is also big plus for me. Maintenance is very responsive, although I have not had many maintenance issues. I moved to this side of Carrollton thinking my commute to Irving would ...be faster. That is not the case since there is a large high-school near the apartments and it takes quite a while to get through this school zone. Just like most every other apartment complex, though, no matter how good a tenant you are (quiet, pay rent on time, etc.) they still go up on your lease price at every lease refresh. All in all, though, this is not a bad place to live.Property Manager Responded

Indian Creek Apartments
August 14, 2015I like where my apartment is on the second floor my bedroom is bright with the sun a tree standing in the front. A very nice red deck swimming pool closeby and laundry room. It's very quite and I feel safe. We have two great swimming pools and a hot tub, tennis court and grills outside and a very nice play ground next to the pool.Property Manager Responded

getting worse
July 26, 2015I moved in here 4 years ago. for the first 3 years it was great. but the past year it has just gone down hill, they got new management and its gone down hill since... they don't notify you on anything going on here anymore. they don't let you know when your insurance is up like they used to. they also now take forever to respond to maintaince request, if they do respond.Property Manager Responded
