    • Well worth it

      I rented the largest Sq. Ft. Indian Hills offers. It is very spacious and roomy. Bedrooms are great size, 2 bathrooms, dining area and spacious living room. The only issue I have is the main bathroom with the Tile/Grout. The entire apartment (aside from the main bathroom) is new flooring with a grey type of wood look to it; while the bathroom has old tan tile that is definately old and dirty looking. The central air is very nice to have versus a "wall unit", my unit looks right out into the ...
      relaxing courtyard and pool (which is very nice and clean).Management is very responsive to any need I've had, and maintenance is right on top of anything that needs fixed/replaced. I do not have a unit that has loud neighbors and all are respectful of space. I also have a garage unit which is spacious as well.

    • Don't bother.

      Overpriced for what you get. Old buildings and the hallways smell bad. They have a history of ignoring their tenants with issues. Don't expect to get your security deposit back. They even tried to charge me more money after I left because the deposit "didn't cover all the charges" and then ignored me when I wanted to know what those charges were. If you want to live somewhere overpriced, live at The Summit, because at least there the apartments are nicer while you get ripped off.
