November 22, 2022We lived there 10+ years and in the past few years it has gone downhill. The assistant manager is very rude & unhelpful! Our water was shut off multiple times for months at a time and were never given a discount on the water bill. We were then left with scolding hot water in our shower and an unanswered maintenance request to fix it. Various people in our building moved out at the same time due to this issue. August 4, 2018My husband and I have lived in Indian Hollow Apartments for 5 years and we love it here! It is very peaceful and quiet and we feel very safe. The staff are great and the maintenance guys rock! Every time we have a problem it gets resolved right away. Just today our refrigerator stopped working. I submitted a maintenance request online at 9 am and by noon they were here and fixed it! We had our air conditioning quit on us on Labor Day a few years back and they fixed it that day even though it was ...a holiday. August 14, 2015I just moved to San Antonio TX, At the beginning of my search for an apartment I was looking for some specifics. First and the most important was safety for my family, this is a secure complex and the staff is very helpful and are always there for anything, also the closeness to everything shops, schools major freeways and so on made the decision so easy. Very Nice Apartments!
July 28, 2015First off, everyone here is really nice and the staff are so energetic and helpful. I haven't had any major issues here at all. I have a very spacious apartment and it fits all of my furniture with no issues. This is a pet friendly complex which allows me to keep my best friend. My apartment faces a wooded area and sometimes there are deer out there so it's nice to look outside and not have to look at another building or a street. It's fairly quiet, and when you need maintenance they are on it! August 14, 2015This is my first time moving out of the house. I really enjoy the freedom. The apartment staff at Indian Hollow is extremely helpful. I would have silly questions and they would gladly help me and let me know how the apartment process works. The apartment itself is very nice. I have a 3 bedroom apartment that I share with two roommates. The kitchen has nice upgraded appliances and the overall apartment was very clean when we first moved it. Loved the fact that they had me fill out a detailed list ...within 72 hours of moving in. They wanted to know if they had missed any spots with cleaning or damages.
