October 10, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI’m extremely disappointed with my experience living at Indian lake apartments I’ve now lived in two different units here, and both have had serious mold problems. Despite bringing this to management’s attention multiple times, nothing has been properly fixed. The mold has destroyed a lot of my personal belongings — clothes, shoes, and even furniture — and management has offered no help or compensation for any of it. What’s worse is that the situation has started to affect my children’s health, ...and they’ve been getting sick because of the conditions. This has been a stressful and unsafe living experience. Mold is not something that should ever be ignored, especially when families and children are involved. I’m writing this review to warn others and to urge management to take real responsibility — not temporary fixes or empty promises. Renters deserve safe, livable conditions, and this complex has failed to provide that. The roach infestation & lack of help with maintenance leaving jobs undone is very disappointing.Read More

The Manager Desire is really awesome as well she is always respectful and professional. I haven't had any issues at all with this complex. I would definitely suggest giving them a try if you looking to move.
Poor management

They do not let their tenants know when they are out of the office. Maintenance is poor. They are never around. There isn't a number for an emergency. The maintenance does a very poor job. I think there needs to be overall new management!

Currently there is drug activity, the environment is totally unsafe from unruly and disrespectful neighbor's, the grounds have been disregarded, there seems to be a magnate for unprofessional and unethical behaviors and the units are literally falling apart from refusal of the office staff to issue orders when maintenance is needed and refusal of maintenance to answer calls unless you plan on doing favors. ...I have an exceptional rental record but am treated as an aggravation. The office is a breeding ground for unethical practices. There are more people leaving than choosing to stay because of how badly the apartments have gone down. Corporate either is not aware or chooses to operate in plausible deniability. I would suggest to move your family and loved ones to another location. Cheap rent....you get what you pay for! This location is very unsafe, unkept inside and out and is lacking professionals with tact, demeanor or Customer Service Skills. I will vacate the first available time presented!! RENTER BEWARE.. Never heard back
July 16, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comI applied to rent an apartment here and submitted my application fee and everything. I talked with a lady from the office and she let me know that they’d look through my application once I submitted some documents. I submitted them and reached back out. Never heard a word. I was also supposed to receive an email to do a virtual tour since it’s COVID, and never received that email either. I’m out $60 for the application fee and still no updates on the apartment.

May 26, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comc DO NOT MOVE HERE! Maintenance unprofessional and extremely rude. These apartments are old. There is a constant old wood smell. The air conditioner is trash can barely feel it. Toilet and tub backed up easy. Maintenance is careless. I found a HUGE possum under my kitchen sink it clawed a hole into my apartment the staff acted like I was overreacting like it was just a bug. Maintenance entered my home multiple times after incident without my permission took my tape off my cabinets that I had up ...because I was paranoid and they threw what I bought with my money away. The possum was still hanging around my apartment door etc. I asked to be moved to a different unit in the front away from trees. They offered a unit even further back in the dark by more trees. I felt like they were just picking with me at this point. I had to break my lease with a disgusting animal hanging around. The manager told me I could, but then emailed me that I acquired late fees because I did not pay rent on the first but then proceeded to say she had to tell me to prorated amount I will owe which did not make sense as if they would refund me 800 dollars. I had to contact the regional manager to have this issue resolved. There were plenty more, but this took the cake. Dirty when I moved in, broken shower, terrible AC, bad smell, flooding, plumbing issues. JUST DON’T. not worth the price at all EITHER.Read More

We have a pest control that treats our units upon move out and move in, all units are cleaned before any move in of our future residents and the maintenance staff are well trained and certified.
