Great complex but in a bad location
October 23, 2022Indigo Champions Ridge has been a great place to call home for the past year. The apartments are brand new and appliances are fantastic. It cost next to nothing in energy and water bills because everything is so new and efficient. The complex is on the corner of two of the busiest roads in the area. Across the street is 10 distribution warehouse’s. You can hear the trucks, cars, sirens all across the property 24/7. Due to the construction on I4 and champions gate, it takes 35 minutes to get to ...the disney area, and 45 to get back. Unfortunately for me, the sleepless nights from road noise and the long commute from traffic are just too much to justify paying the rent they are asking for. Amenities here are amazing and the staff have been great to work with. It truly is a great complex just in an unfortunate location. The complex is pretty safe, the gates are broken more than they work. You can smell weed when walking around at night, which is prohibited. But the staff doesn’t seem to do much more than send an email to everyone saying it’s a drug free community. More people are moving out of here than moving in if that tells you anything. The complex is almost 2 years old and there’s still a ton of apartments that have never seen a tenant.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
