I have unfailingly received a pleasant smile & greeting whenever I stop by the Office. The Maintenance team- Jordan, Matt, Jason, Jimmy and Tom are always moving around the complex doing the unsung work of keeping things working. Located within one mile of ASU WEST campus and centrally situated within the 101 to north, west & south, and the I-17 a few miles to the East. As an Ultrasound Tech I was located within a 10 mile radius of 8 hospitals, which made it extremely convenient for night call out for emergencies.Property Manager Responded

January 31, 2025A great apartment home the office is fantastic. The maintenance crews are great. I cannot ever not praise them and I think anyone who lives here would love it. I would like to welcome anyone to come here and check us out because it's a nice place quiet I haven't had any problems like that they're appreciative of animals And they keep everything clean and neat and garbage is taken away right away.
