The facilities are well-maintained, and the environment is both peaceful and secure, making it an ideal place to call home!! One of the standout aspects of my experience has definitely been the exceptional service provided by my Leasing Specialist Mary!! She was incredibly helpful, kind, patient, understanding, compassionate and professional throughout my entire move-in process!! ...Mary’s dedication to ensuring that residents feel comfortable and supported truly sets this complex apart. I love my apartment
February 10, 2025The indigo isles team is very organized and efficient. My apartment is affordable and I have the space I need plus more to live comfortably. Best place to live at.
November 23, 2021I relocated here from Chicago Illinois 2021 and the ladies in the office have shown me and my mini family great love. The communication has always been great between us and they always listen to any advice from adults to children. They have brought alot of neighbors together by having holiday contest and helping those who are less fortunate but remain humble at doing those things. A couple of hick ups but definitely with communication it all worked itself out. Have to say best place we could of ...picked to live at. I have wonderful neighbors who are like family to me and we treat each other with love and that's what matters. My maintenance men are just as special as the ladies in the office. They make sure your satisfied when things need to be fixed. They keep the area looking great and they deserve kuddos as well. My personal experience has been great. Unprofessional
April 14, 2021Moved into a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit in the summer of 2020. When we moved in, they had their 1 trash compactor for their 9-12 buildings go out and need replacing. Since then, the ramp to the trash compactor has been covered in bags and boxes of trash constantly. We had to leave trash outside our door to avoid pest infestations. During that period, notices and emails they sent us were "lost" informing us of how this behavior was unacceptable, and when asked about renewal, they lied about the amount ...of contact they made in reference to issue.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great experience!!
July 31, 2019We applied for the waitlist a few months ago. We were willing to wait to get a first floor 2 bedroom apartment. From the start Cassie has been wonderful guiding us through. She was always available to answers are questions and checked in on us often. Our wait was worth it, as we will be moving in to our perfect home this August. Wonderful People & Great Housing
June 11, 2019I have lived @ Indigo Isles since Nov 2017. Love the Office Personnel. I had a maintenance issues yesterday that was superbly handled. my maintenance guy name is Chris. he came to the house an fixed my air unit so that I will not have any more issues. he explained everything he was doing (cause I was nosy) and even cleaned up after himself even when I offered to handle it. He apologized for the inconvenience and wished me a good night. If you are looking for a spacious place to live with ...wonderful kind people then Indigo Isles is the place to be. February 13, 2019I have lived here for 2 years. The apartments are nice. They just recently changed from Deer Meadow to Indigo Isle. They painted the exterior buildings and made upgrades. UNPROFESSIONAL
May 3, 2018I applied for these apartments on Thursday (April 26th, 2018) for a 2/2 that they told me would be ready for move in the next day, Friday (April 27th, 2018). I called Saturday (April 28th, 2018) to check on the status of my app. I was told by CASSIE that they had to a little more verifying & would let me know something by Monday (May 2, 2018). Monday came & I STILL didn't receive a call. I called back on TUESDAY & told them how unprofessional they were & that I wanted my money back. I was then ...told by one of the leasing agents that she would call right back after she “pulled my file” to see what the hold up was. I never received a call back. Now today is THURSDAY (May 3,2018), still no call back & I even called from a different number to inquire about a 2/2 for immediate move in & was told they didn't any have available at the moment. So you all took my money KNOWING that the apartment I was applying for (FOR IMMEDIATE MOVE-IN, WHICH I MADE VERY CLEAR) wasn't or wouldn't be available! This was my worst experience applying for apartments EVER & I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE, I AM PISSED at how unprofessional DEER MEADOWS LEASING AGENTS ARE. & contacting them is USELESS i’ll be disputing with my bank.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

February 10, 2016These are lovely apartments. I enjoyed living there for 3 months I moved in on April 10,2015.. But in July everything started changing, My boyfriend was always being picked @ & judged because of the type of car he was driving, & then it became many other things. The property manager is very nasty & hateful, At first we loved her an then it seem like she turned into a whole different person an she started treated us unfairly. We only lived at this complex for 6 months & was ready to move. August 8, 2015This is not a terrible a patient complex by any means, even though the rent is cheap. We have a security detail that patrols at night, and the staff is helpful and friendly. They are quick to fix anything that might break. We have a gym that is open when the office is open, and it's decent. Not super fancy but decent. The pool is small. There is a play area for kids. the apartments themselves are being upgraded as people move out. Linoleum floors that look like wood, nice size rooms, and clean. ...Dog friendly too.
