May 21, 2024Leasing office community team took action on water damage from the roof and shower upon my visit to their office. I met the new maintenance lead who within one day was there taking pictures, then called later that afternoon to update me on the scheduled appointment. The team showed up on time, were efficient, and took appropriate efforts to protect the area and cleaned up their work site at the end. The maintenance lead called me back the next day to follow up and was responsive to my concerns ...for further sealing up the shower that day.
