Cozy, Energy Efficient Home in a Great School District

We lived here for approximately 7 months on a short-term lease when we were in between selling and purchasing a home. Honestly, I have no complaints. It was the definition of maintenance free living. The home had everything we needed (I really liked the closet space!), and the staff was easy to work with. sure to give me access to a vacant unit's dryer until it was fixed (a part had to be ordered, so it took a couple of days). In the winter, they do a pretty good job of clearing the snow, so we did not have any issues with parking. There is a nice little hill for sledding behind the group of townhomes by the drainage basin.
As for the community, everyone keeps to themselves for the most part. Not to mention, there is no main road nearby to make traffic noise. So, it was quiet. There is a grocery store within walking distance, along with several restaurants. The school district is great, they even have an after-school activity bus for middle and high schoolers that drops off right at the end of the community.
When we gave our non-renewal notice, they provided us with a helpful list to work with in terms of what needed to be done before we moved. They were even nice enough to let us schedule the carpet cleaning after our lease end date so we didn't have to move out a few days early.
