Cozy, Energy Efficient Home in a Great School District

We lived here for approximately 7 months on a short-term lease when we were in between selling and purchasing a home. Honestly, I have no complaints. It was the definition of maintenance free living. The home had everything we needed (I really liked the closet space!), and the staff was easy to work with. When they would need to do something in our house (i.e. replace the air filter), they would always give us advance notice. There was a minor issue with our dryer, and the property manager made ...
sure to give me access to a vacant unit's dryer until it was fixed (a part had to be ordered, so it took a couple of days). In the winter, they do a pretty good job of clearing the snow, so we did not have any issues with parking. There is a nice little hill for sledding behind the group of townhomes by the drainage basin. As for the community, everyone keeps to themselves for the most part. Not to mention, there is no main road nearby to make traffic noise. So, it was quiet. There is a grocery store within walking distance, along with several restaurants. The school district is great, they even have an after-school activity bus for middle and high schoolers that drops off right at the end of the community. When we gave our non-renewal notice, they provided us with a helpful list to work with in terms of what needed to be done before we moved. They were even nice enough to let us schedule the carpet cleaning after our lease end date so we didn't have to move out a few days early.

Perfect for our new relocation

Tori and management were great when we first moved from GA to PA. The townhome was a perfect fit for my family and in a great school district. The neighbors were kind, peaceful and the kids were all well behaved. I would definitely recommend Indigo Pointe to anyone looking for a townhome.

Living here has been amazing so far. The floorplan options are beautiful. I live in a Victoria and the space is more than my family is used to. Tori is a very warm and welcoming manager, she walked me through everything step by step and even checked in with us after moving in to make sure we were adjusting to PA coming from MS. My children love that there are lots of kids to play with in the community and I have net a few really awesome neighbors. I would recommend living here to anyone who is ...

Best home we've had!

This is a great area to live in! We moved here in January and love that here we can enjoy PA country charm while still being so close to MD. This is the nicest townhome we've ever lived in! A big plus is that Tori, our property manager, is top notch. Lease is up soon and we're definitely renewing! :)

Renter beware

While it is a nice community, property management is an issue. Don't expect timely responses or follow-ups from them. When they do reply, derogatory and negative tones are always used. The community doesn't have any features so children play in the street. At times they are extremely loud and obnoxious. You WILL hear your neighbors on either side of you. There are other rental properties in the area that are cheaper and feature playgrounds, fitness centers and pools.
