Recently moved in this last Friday and I love the place. Got exactly what I wanted without even saying anything! May have just got lucky. The whole process was way easier than I thought and Demario made that 10x easier. Everyone I’ve met so far is very friendly and welcoming. Have already recommended the place to many people!

Current resident and these apartments smell like pot and have trash everywhere. Try to get a maintenance appointment and you'll be ignored. The walls are paper thin and the apartments have water leaking issues. Dog poop is everywhere and no doggie poop bags or poop drop off sites are provided on the property.
The new management no longer accepts checks and you must pay rent through their portal which costs you $9.00 to use.

When we first moved in we were very excited because the apartment looked nice. After we moved in our neighbors above us blast their music non stop. Not only that there's drug activity and we found several drug baggies on the ground when we walked our dog. The smell of pot is so strong in my apartment. We had to buy a ring camera because someone was urinating on our door. The smell was terrible. Also, we think maintenance came into our apartment when we were not there and left our door open. My ...
dog could have gotten out. Also, they've made false accusations about my dog to harass us. Please read their google reviews.

I lived here for 2 1/2 years and they were not the best of a living arrangement for me.....Pros: Quick/Easy to lease, Convenient location, Pet friendly, Maintenance is nice and timely, a place to rebuild credit or first apartment.....Cons: Not up-to-date, rental price does not match the worthiness of the property, dogs can poop wherever and no one clean up after their pets, if you’re a clean person stay away because people tend to just throw trash anywhere, not for long term housing, no washing ...
