February 3, 2025moved here from Illinois because I’m traveling every year. This has been far most the worst place I’ve lived. Here’s why. They false advertise. They didn’t show the outside or even the door or building. I see why! After paying my deposit I wasn’t aware of a time difference so I would arrive late to sign my lease. She wouldn’t stay 30 minutes. So I wanted out she said she can’t give me my deposit back so I decided to stay. After signing my lease I had to search for my own apartment they didn’t ...tell me where or even show me where. Once I found the apartment it was unlocked which is suspicious. Come to find out my key didn’t work and I was locked out. The maintenance changed the lock without notifying me. I just came back from getting the rest of my things from Illinois. Not even a week of staying the water was shut off without notice. I couldn’t even bathe for work or even contact them due to office being closed. Fast forward about a month after moving in. I was locked in my apartment because the lock was installed incorrectly. I’m a 24 year old woman and I had to uninstall and reinstall the lock to even get out. I was terrified! This place is horrible and I will be leaving as soon as my lease ends!!!! Don’t move here. They don’t answer calls or even emails. They don’t return calls either. They don’t value their tenants. RUN AWAY DONT WALK
March 3, 2023So I am currently here right now and let me tell you this is a building of hell. When we FIRST signed the papers we were given another apartment. I want to say 2days before we moved in we logged into the portal to see a different apartment number with no heads up. Then we call and she tells us oh it’s not ready we have another one ready right now tho. Mind you this is during Christmas literally I drove here Christmas Day. For her to tell us that we couldn’t come in for another 2days because they ...had to fix everything up. Well why would you give us a key. Then we was in here with no heat or toilet for the first 2 weeks. Then when the maintenance man finally came to fix the toilet he pulled out an entire empty bottle. Then tried to blame it on us. Right…. Then this first bad rain store came after we got furniture it flooded in my room and kitchen and bathroom. Maintenance man called out again said he couldn’t fix the problem’s because he didn’t have tools. You would think that meant he was going to get them and come back and we did to but he never came back. Now my bathroom and room doors are falling off the hindges. And it’s FLOODING AGAIN. Also last week the water was off for 2days and they didn’t even tell anyone hey we fixing something we turning the water off nothing. When we called the office they said they knew already and they didn’t have to notify anyone about there water being cut off. Just a fire a few weeks ago the glass still busted out the windows. July 21, 2019This was my first apartment when I moved here and my experience was terrible. On my move in day they switch my apartment without notifying me because the original one wasn't ready. And the one they did give wasn't ready either. There a dead roach under the sink, a pile of saw dust on the floor in the bathroom and trash on the kitchen floor. The common areas were not well kept at all. I lived here for 6 months and during that time I had to deal with roaches, there was an electrical problem and I ...had to go without a fridge or a/c in mid-August for 10 DAYS before it was fixed. I went to the leasing office everyday about the issue and it took me setting a meeting with the manager before anything was done.
