Wish I didn't need to move out
February 18, 2023I lived here for about two years, one in the one-bed, one in the 2-bed unit. Great little apartment. If the circumstances did not require me to leave, I would have stayed longer. Location is great, very close to Bayshore Blvd, Downtown Tampa, Ybor City, and just off of Dale Mabry, so easy to get around in Tampa. Also just a short bridge right from St. Pete. Neighborhood was great and I never had issues with any of my neighbors. No response after applying. Been a week. Nothing.
August 28, 2021My wife and I applied and hadn’t heard anything. No acknowledgment they received it. Nothing. Filled out everything accordingly. But not a word. Not sure they even bothered to check. All we know is they saw to it they took the 150. application fee.Review from Apartments.com
It's like a secret garden courtyard
October 25, 2015I've been here for a year now and I am so glad I chose this place. It's close to everything and when I get home it's quiet and peaceful. I love my neighbors and property is well taken care of. You'd never believe how special the courtyard is unless you walked through the gates.Review from Apartments.com
