We have been here a little over a year and absolutely love it!!! Staff and maintenance are so nice and are extremely helpful. There’s lots of amazing amenities and events that go on ( holiday events, pool events, raffles, food trucks, and so much more). The property is always clean and taken care of!

We moved into a 2br/2ba on May 1st after downsizing by 200 sq ft from a 4br/2ba house. Surprisingly, the great layout of the space feels so much bigger here in the apartment than the house. Everyone has been friendly and helpful whenever something comes up. If it’s not an immediate same-day response, it’s fairly quickly the following day. The apartment amenities are amazing and location is prime. Just a short drive to the beaches or Destin or PCB. Our favorite is the pool area and all the food trucks at Props! We love the friendly staff and always feel welcome here.

I helped my friends move in today. I am a little jealous of all they are getting with the clubhouse / amenities! The gym alone is so enticing, the pool is so perfect….free coffee all day yum, super clean, kind neighbors, room to roam around and not feel so cramped. If I am ever in need of an apartment, I am sold to be here!!!
