Misleading, not worth your money

My unit was filthy at move-in, forcing me to spend hours cleaning after an exhausting move. The elevator near my unit has been out since around Nov 21 with almost no updates. Amenities are poorly maintained, and common areas are consistently dirty. Overall, extremely disappointing.

Our first month living at Infinity at the Rim has been pleasant so far! The application and move-in process were fast, efficient and smooth. This complex had all the amenities we were looking for when comparing our options in the area as we moved in from out of state. The pool and club house is one of our favorite amenities and we love that there are multiple options for office/work spaces. The location is great, local to so many shops and food which is also a huge plus.

The Infinity at The Rim is a good place. It would be great if they would get the gates fixed and elevators would stop breaking. Also the virtual room was one reason I moved in but it's apparently permanently out of order.

Infinity used to be an amazing place to live. I've been a resident since February 2018 and have since seen it become somewhat neglected in the common areas (e.g., pool, gym, hallways). I hope they turn it around.

The infinity at the rim is an amazing and completely different than most other apartments. With the top of the line customer service beautiful views and a friendly community this complex is definitely worth the price! Oh I also need to mention that their offices are clean organized and professional. When you need assistance for anything they are there almost simultaneously to help you with your issue. I love living here!

The amenities are always dirty. Management will ignore you. I have only been here for 2 months and it’s been a nightmare. When toured this place it was beautiful now living here I see management doesn’t care. Flood alarm goes off every day. The entire apartment was without power for a week on Christmas and nothing was offered to any of the residents. Don’t be fooled this place is crap

Love infinity at the rim property don’t like how I have been treated by upper management because my washer and dryer is broken it is my fault and have to go to an outside source to use the services I pay for.
