bad place to live
October 24, 2022drug dealers and addicts live here.Plus you have non tenants damaging and squating in the hallways. I'm moving as soon as I am financially able toReview from Apartments.com
Run away
April 18, 2021Toured these apartments and left after about 2 minutes. Photos are extremely misleading and the hallways reeked of smoke. Best part was that while I was on my self guided tour, people were buying drugs in the hallway. Didn’t even bother taking a close look at the actual apartment but nothing like the photos. Don’t waste your time!Review from Apartments.com
Not a good place to live
September 18, 2019Hallway reeks of smoke 24/7. Electrical outlets falling off the walls. Cockroaches. Laundry facilities are unusable. Consistent water problems. Glass in the parking lot. Graffiti INSIDE my apartment that maintenance couldn't bother to cover. Bugs in the entry way, usually dead. Weak flushing toilets. Nasty bathtub. Mold heaven in the walls. Cramped kitchen. Leaky refrigerator. They didn't even vacuum before I moved in.Review from Apartments.com
Gross apartments
August 2, 2019I viewed a studio apartment here and I was expecting much better based on the pictures. Management hadn't taken the time to clean the apartment before showing it to me so it was in poor state. The carpet was littered with trash and stains. The bathroom was covered in grime, hair, and who knows what else in every crack. The kitchen area wasn't much better. The pictures are deceiving.Review from Apartments.com
Bug Problem
November 2, 2016My boyfriend lives here; the few times I've spent the night here I wake up with swollen, red itchy bites that look like bed bug bites. Someone disposed of a mattress earlier that said it was infested with bed bugs. It is virtually impossible to get in contact with anyone about this issue, as the property manager is never available no do they return calls or emails.Review from Apartments.com
cozy
August 20, 2015My apartment building is a good example of old architecture. It is close to many restaurants in the area. And there is a grocery store right across the street. And the public bus line is right in front of the building. And the maintenance staff is always available and friendly. Its a blast from the past.Review from Apartments.com
