Poor management
February 18, 2020These are brand new apartments and they were built by Biltmore which I thought was a high quality company. Much to our surprise the finish work and quality is horrible. I realize we moved into an apartment but I didn’t realize we would have to wait months for them to resolve issues with the finish work. The bathroom floor in the master bubbles and along all of the baseboards and molding are nail holes and patch work that was done horribly. Our lights are out on our porch and the building. We’ve ...turned in “fixes” that have never been done. Our neighbor just asked us the other day if we had problems too? We asked what they have struggled with and they said their master floor has been ripped out for a few months and has never been payed back down. Square One Property is the Management company and although the ladies who work there are nice they don’t follow through and I am shocked they ever approved people to move in with the quality of work.
