Love it here so far!!! I love the community!! The office staff are extremely sweet and super on top of things!! Even when busy they will greet and help you anything you need. They will go above and beyond for you, including walking around all building for an hour to help you look for something you lost. Maintenance is fast, kind, and efficient!!! Its close to everything I need.

Community is well kept, maintenance responds quickly, and nice people. Only issue is that one elevator is always, always broken and during rush times, getting an elevator just takes forever.

My favorite apartment I’ve lived in. The concierge and leasing team are very responsive and consistently go above and beyond.
On one occasion, I had packages delivered that required refrigeration while I was away traveling, and they kindly coordinated refrigerating them safely until my return.
Kenny, the doorman at Ink Block 3, is one of the best doormen I’ve ever had. He knows everyone in the building by name, is always offering to help (especially with packages), and is so friendly and ...

Katie in the leasing office was always incredibly helpful when I was moving in / moving out.
I moved out of Ink Block due to a job relocation, but if I had stayed in Boston, I would have absolutely continued living here—I truly can’t think of a better place to live.
The location is unbeatable: walkable to downtown (where my office was), Back Bay, and the Seaport, with CVS and Whole Foods right in the same block.
The staff are fantastic, the building is clean and well-maintained, and the apartments themselves are great—lots of natural sunlight, modern appliances, and no maintenance issues during my time there.

The apartment itself is great—I’ve been very happy living here and love my actual unit. The issue comes with the amenities and management of common spaces. Over the couple years I’ve lived here, there have been ongoing inconveniences like doors to common areas not being unlocked and recurring front desk/concierge issues. Ink Block’s been great so far. The location in South End is super convenient—Whole Foods downstairs, tons of restaurants, easy highway and T access. The amenities are solid (rooftop pool, gym, nice lounges), and the building feels clean and modern. Maintenance has been quick anytime I’ve needed something. Definitely a great spot for city living.
