    The apartment itself is great—I’ve been very happy living here and love my actual unit. The issue comes with the amenities and management of common spaces. Over the couple years I’ve lived here, there have been ongoing inconveniences like doors to common areas not being unlocked and recurring front desk/concierge issues. I’ve raised these concerns multiple times, but the problems often remain unresolved. While they may seem like small frustrations, they add up over time and take away from the ...

    Ink Block’s been great so far. The location in South End is super convenient—Whole Foods downstairs, tons of restaurants, easy highway and T access. The amenities are solid (rooftop pool, gym, nice lounges), and the building feels clean and modern. Maintenance has been quick anytime I’ve needed something. Definitely a great spot for city living.

    Very smooth move in courtesy of Katie and team. Front desk staff was great - very accommodating. Maintenance was hugely knowledgable and immediately addressed a few small issues in the apartment.

    Great apartment and amenities. Very dog friendly. The people who work at the front desk are pretty rude though and make simple task very difficult at times.

    Have lived here for two weeks now and have no complaints! The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, it’s a quiet and clean community with great facilities. Super convenient for Southend activities and very close to a grocery store which is the ultimate convenience. Would recommend!

    I love this apartment building. Management and staff are all very good. Occasionally, there is a front desk worker who is not the best, but that is a minor inconvenience.

    Living here has been a fantastic experience! The building staff are incredibly helpful and always go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and supported. They’re friendly, responsive, and truly make a difference in day-to-day living. The neighborhood is also wonderfully convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation, making it simple to get everything I need.
