Innova is a stunning community with wonderful amenities and high end finishes for their luxurious townhomes and apartment homes. We are so grateful that we found a 3bed/3.5 bath townhome that checked off ALL the boxes and it’s been an amazing experience so far! We love it so much, we plan on staying here long-term. Well-built townhomes with professionals staying here has meant peace and quiet along with feeling blessed we found Innova!

providing that separation of office and home to allow that work/life balance! The office managers, Abby and Ashley, are amazing at what they do and add that personal touch that makes Innova a step above excellent into the exemplary range only held for a select few communities. This is an extremely well-cared for community and it’s evident in everything they do for their residents including responsiveness. We HIGHLY recommend making Innova your home - you will not be disappointed and you may be like us and never want to leave!
