First impression failed
June 30, 2021Wow, what an amazing first impression! I drove 25 min to an apartment. No greetings, it was even hard to find a leasing consultant. The lady, who works there as a leasing consultant looked at me if I would literally disturb her. She said no tour is possible. I need an appointment. No offer to help out, call back or efforts to show at least the area. I'm really wondering how those people get hired.Property Manager Responded

October 13, 2020The maintenance and staff have always been great, since the day I moved in. However, the residence can do better in maintaining our community cleaner. Some residences feel that the maintenance and staff are here to clean up after them. Also, I would prefer better up-keep in the gym and dog park area.Property Manager Responded
