Our experience has raised serious concerns about how management handles agreements and deadlines.
Our $1,000 move-in gift card is in writing, stating that it would be provided within 30 days. That deadline has passed, and we still have not received it.
At the same time, management asked us to transfer to another apartment to help resolve an ongoing issue. We agreed to cooperate and were verbally given two days to complete the move. Moving an entire household in two days was extremely difficult, ...
and we needed two additional days. Now management wants to charge us for those two days, even though this charge was never explained when we agreed to the transfer.
So when residents need two extra days beyond a verbal timeframe, management wants to charge them. But when management misses its own WRITTEN 30-day deadline involving $1,000, residents are expected to wait.
Residents are expected to honor their agreements, deadlines, and financial obligations. Management should be held to the same standard.
