October 1, 2025Went on a tour of this complex, easily fell in love. It is on the pricier side, but it was very clean and the amenities really show for it. I love the screened in balcony and the option to have a garage rental. The representative who showed me around was overly nice and super helpful and informative and really made me feel at home.Property Manager Responded

Horrible Management
December 2, 2024Do not move here. This community is horrible. As a resident for 4 years they offered a renewal that was not in line with the market. When trying to contact the community manager and the renewal team, nobody replies to emails or phone calls. I put in my notice then they list my unit for cheaper than what my renewal was. You just get the run around with everyone here. The property is not kept up, trash is not picked up daily, the landscaping has dead plants and exposed pipes, the lights out around ...the property, the community manager is scared to talk with residents, the corporate office gives generic responses with no assistance. Also beware of all the hidden fees they charge. These add up on top of your rent and not charged at other properties near. The community really has gone downhill since the former property manager Alex left. This new team is a joke with no experience.Property Manager Responded

Definitely reccomend
August 21, 2024Carmen and Sophia have been amazing from start to finish. Apartments are nice and updated. Renewal process was easy. This will be my second year. Pros: maintenance team great Staff is fantastic and respond in timely manner. Updated apartments My packages have not been stolen. Amenities are great. Cons: parking. Highly Recommended
July 30, 2024My roommates and I lived here for two years and only moved out to rent a house for more space and a quieter area. Integra Cove was the best experience I have ever had as a renter and I have almost no complaints. Anytime anything would go wrong, the staff was always so helpful and so efficient in getting things fixed for us. Maintenance always showed up day of or next business day, and if they weren’t able to it was always communicated to us when they would be able to help us. The complex was ...always kept clean and beautiful and felt very safe despite being in a heavy tourist area. If I were to every go back to an apartment in this area I would 100% return to Integra Cove. Only fond memories for us :)Property Manager Responded

Ideal location & best staff ever!
November 24, 2022Had to relocate from out of state for work and found this place on apartments.com. I originally moved here because of the fair price in the area, spacious apartments, great amenities, and being close to everything. But the best part has been the leasing consultants, maintenance, and property manager (Alex). They are incredibly helpful and professional, I fully trust the staff here to resolve any problem and give me the best rental experience. Poor maintenance and pest issues
November 6, 2022They gave me a move in date and time the apartment was not ready. I had to sleep on the floor because my furniture could not be delivered. They did nothing to accommodate me for this issue. I also noticed the apartment was not cleaned at the time of move in we had roaches and dust on everything. I want to make everyone aware that this apartment complex charges you $5 a month for pest control, but we have only seen pest control once after complaining about insects. Management also decided to add ...common area fees and the common areas they are charging for look like crap and they don’t take care of them. They decided to go ip $350 on rent while the place is going downhill. This is the perfect place to live if you like the smell of dog pee and poop in your hallway. Management has given me multiple garages that other residents are occupying they also allowed me to rent an apartment occupied by another resident. I was told 2 weeks before move in that I could not move in. So imagine after all this no complaints and they still don’t return emails or phone calls about issues.Property Manager Responded

I'm concerned to see the apartment was not properly cleaned and has pest issues. Pest control does come onsite every Monday, and we will not send them to any apartment unless requested by the resident. Worst Rental Experience
February 13, 2022My experience in Integra cove has been the worst rental I have ever lived in. I feel like I am living in a nightmare and I can’t wait to leave. They took out the carpets to upgrade to wood floors and now you can hear every single sound coming from other units. I cannot sleep or relax in my home. I dread having to come home after work. I constantly feel as though I am in a movie theatre with the walls and ceiling shaking and I have people constantly running back and forth stomping all day and ...night long.
