I love living at Integra Crossings. I am a native to Florida and to central Florida. I'm recently divorced and after 20 years needed an apartment. I was moving back from Orange county to Seminole and very hesitant to choose. The location is PERFECT - access to the 3 major hwy systems and we're tucked away from traffic. I'm fast approaching a year and will be re-signing my lease!

The place is gorgeous but lately we hear too much noises during the night at midnight or after. There is no respect for privacy by some tenants. Also we have realized that some people throw their dirty stuff on the stairs as well garbage bins sitting for one or two days outside the apartment.

We love our team here. Neighbors need to be more considerate with noise as floors are not soundproof and caring for amenities. Pet owners need to clean up after their pets and be mindful. Beautiful property. Nice amenities.

I’ve left a review on google but wanted to leave an updated review to give a shout out to Bailey from maintenance as he recently fixed my ice maker and resolved my issue with my oven replacing it with another! Great place lots of space, love the nightly walks. Nice area not far from anything , some place are walking distance. Everyone here is friendly. Bailey was super helpful with any questions i had. He was nice and respectful.
