    My mother just moved in, due to a tornado destroying her home. The whole office staff was involved with my mom's move-in as far as dealing with all the insurance issues. They were all great to work with and were concerned about my mother's situation. So happy we chose this location for my mother. She feels safe in this community, and I know they will take care of her there.

    I have lived at Integra Vistas for a year, and have just renewed my lease for another year. The views surrounding the property are beautiful, especially at sunrise and sunset. My apartment is well designed. I especially like the modern kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and large balcony. The management team is pleasant and responsive.     We recently moved here from Washington state over the summer and have had nothing but good experiences since we have been here. The property itself is still very new, I believe our building just passed it's first year so everything is still pretty fresh. We are the second tenants in this apartment. The property itself is well taken care of with regular maintenance and lawn service from what we have seen. As for the management, they show a great care for bringing a community focus to the ...

Each month there is usually a couple of events for the residence to enjoy like pool parities, pizza parties, murder mystery nights, pumpkin painting events and in this months community newsletter there was a mention of a thanksgiving dinner coming up. They really do their best to give to the community in many ways. The monthly newsletter includes the birthdays of all residents that month along with special events that are being hosted. My birthday happened to be this month and just yesterday I received a notification for a parcel pickup in the locker. I thought it was an order I placed on Amazon but when I opened the box I was surprised to be greeted with a bag of truffles for my birthday. Just last month we received a note in the newsletter of a free pizza night from Papa Johns. We replied with if we wanted pepperoni or cheese, what kind of 2-liter drink and desert treat. This was at no additional cost, this was free. The day of delivery they setup a booth/tent at the gate so residents would simply drive up to the gate and the management would run the food to their car. This was an unexpected surprise. Some other things of mention as well is that the property has a 2-bedroom 2-bath apartment on site that is rented out if someone has friends or family visiting. We were unaware of this when we moved in and just recently found out through the newsletter. We really appreciate the thought and care that is given with each surprise from them.     Terrible company. Office manager Beth is a joke. Never dealt with someone so rude in such position. The views are nice but it’s all ruined by the experience of living here. They have also already had one building evacuated because it is literally falling apart. Do yourself a favor and go talk to people who live here. Management issues are a common theme amongst small talk within the community yet, they still have good reviews...? Pay attention to who’s doing the reviewing. Also, if you’re ...
    expecting a gated community then you will be disappointed. Anytime it rains the gate will break and be left open (usually for about a week) for anybody to come in as they please. So many shady people coming in and out on the weekends when this happens. Management doesn’t care because there’s a clause in the lease that allows them to leave it open. We lived here through spring and summer showers so, needless to say, the gate was inoperable for well over half the time. We have all had bad experiences with various companies and that’s part of life. The one thing I can’t get over is how we were talked to by Beth. We did nothing other than ask her about an interpretation of the lease. Absolutely do not recommend this place. You will be happy at first (like I was) until you realize how fake the management team really is.

    Once the lease is signed and you are a paying customer, complaints and recommendations are not taken seriously. The staff is cut dry and do not provide any type of appeal process for tenants. Numerous tenants have vocalized their negative experiences with staff and management. If you are looking to live somewhere that provides good customer service, this is not the place for you. Do not let the fancy building fool you.
