Westwood Apartments under new onwership with Integrity
July 18, 2016Westwood apartments used to be run by a staff on-site. They weren't the most professional people, but they at least answered the phone/direct questions. I have had the WORST experience with the Integrity staff. I moved out as soon as I possibly could and am still having issues with them. No comuncation between the staff. I have a conversation with the property manager telling her I'm moving out because of the issues I had with the place, and then someone else from the office calls me a month ...later after I had already moved out asking when I'm signing my lease!! Also claims they never got my keys and therefore are charging me another month's rent. When I point to where and when and what documentation I left when I turned my keys in...no response from the staff. STAY AWAY. Not professional, and the buildings are run down. After months of waiting for a simple repair, I'm forced to venture in this direction to try to get results. Very Unhappy
September 6, 2015When I moved in 3 years ago this place was nice. Not anymore. There is never available parking even though parking permits are issued. Maintenance is very poor. I have exposed wires from an electric outlet repair after a year. Holes in the walls from over a year ago from an unfinished water leak repair. There is an abundance of crime as well as vandalism. There is a drug problem in the complex. Management has not addressed these issues even after repeatedly reporting them. I am not renewing my ...lease.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Was great! Until the kids...
August 20, 2015I've lived in springbrook apartments for about two years now. I never minded living in a building, or seeing my neighbors all the time. I've made pretty good friends with most of them which is awesome because I'm only 22! The pool WAS an awesome bonus but now that the kids have moved in its awful! And not saying this as a young adult either! There are about 10-12 kids that come together and cause mayhem! Their parents must throw them outside all day and say come back at dark! They have vulgar ...language and throw rocks across he roads. I've obtatined multiple dents on my car from their bikes and them carelessley opening their parents car doors. July 31, 2015Look no further! Medina Village Apartments have everything you are looking for! These pet friendly apartments don't discriminate on size or breed. The pet fees are reasonable and they offer pup stations in every building and throughout the grounds. The grounds are beautifully maintained and include a duck pond, streams, playground, lots of green space, swimming pool, and walking or biking trails that also have disc golf. There is also a great party room and patio available. The apartments ...are spacious, updated, and well maintained. The staff are super friendly and extremely prompt with any concerns or repairs. And all of this is in walking distance to the fabulous Medina Square and everything it has to offer! Close to shopping, restaurants, library, rec center, parks,and highways. April 24, 2014I loved the campus of Medina Village and the fact that no one wants to move out. This tells me this complex is run right. But, since no one will move out, I can't move in! To improve the facility, they could provide more large apartments, closer to 1,000 sq ft, with 2 baths.Review from Apartments.com
