I’ve lived here for almost 4 months, and while the apartment itself is decent, I’ve had a major issue with flooding in my unit over the past few months. The worst part was the emergency maintenance service—despite it being advertised as 24/7, no one responded to my calls, texts, or voicemails during an urgent flooding situation.
This left me and my family cleaning up the mess ourselves and losing sleep worrying if the water would come back. To make things worse, the issue was fixed but we were ...
never informed, which caused unnecessary stress.
I spoke to the property manager, who apologized but refused to offer any compensation for the trouble. I hope management improves their emergency response and communication moving forward because this was a frustrating and avoidable experience.

I have been living in this building for a long time. This building is not safe. In my First year, they stole more than 20 car's airbags including mine. Last year they stole my father's car and attempted to steal my motorcycle 2 weeks later as you see in the first picture there is a broken key inside of the disc lock. Today, they tried to steal it second time and broke the key part as you see in the second picture. These are my experiences so far. Some of my neighbors had the same experiences. The ...
gate door is open or broken most of the time that's why anybody can go in and out. There is no security camera in garage they don't keep garage safe even though we have told them many times. You may not see your car next day. This building is not safe and clean. You can see garbage all around. I am moving out soon. I STRONGLY do not recommend you to move here if you want to stay safe.
