August 26, 2015This apartment complex is small, cozy, and clean. I've been extremely happy here for the last two-and-a-half years. I know sometimes parking can be an issue for some, but mostly it's been fine for me. Maintenance is great, though I've only had one problem that needed their attention so far, it was resolved very quickly. The ladies in the office know me by name and even what apartment I live in. They are wonderful and helpful and have always been a joy to chat with. I do wish they had a ...fitness center, but honestly, the pool being open year-round kind of makes up for it for me. Location of this complex is amazing. QT, Walgreen's, Walmart, and just about any fast food restaurant you could think of is literally just minutes away. Two early childhood centers and two elementary schools are also just minutes away, which is one of the main reasons I moved here. Being a single mother, the most important thing for me is feeling safe with my daughter in our home. I've never had any issues in this complex that have made me feel anything other than safe here. March 23, 2013I've visited and enjoyed my visit. The lady in the office was nice, friendly and informative. The grounds and the apartment looked clean and maintained. The community seemed to be calm considering the location.Review from Apartments.com
