I’ve only lived here 3 months and it’s already been a horrible experience. You pay an outrageous amount of money for a tiny room and management who doesn’t care about you. Do yourself a favor and live ANYWHERE else.

Aspire is such a great place to live for students of all ages. The location makes it feel as if you are basically living on campus making life so convenient. There are so many great amenities here such as the workout complex, pool, and study rooms which I use often. I feel so at home here which is a big reason why I resigned to live here a second year!

I have lived here for 3 years now and I LOVE IT! They offer many amazing amenities. I especially love using the fitness amenities and getting massages! The pool also has a great view and a TV. I have lived at Aspire for 2 years now and I wouldn’t live anywhere else. Aspire has the best views in college station from the sky deck. Not only that but if you’re in the penthouse you get 15ft ceilings making your room feel a lot bigger.

I've been living at Aspire for the past two years and I absolutely love it! Its so close to campus and a bunch of restaurants and stores! The pool deck is super cool and I love having a gym in the building! The apartments themselves are super nice and modern. I really like the valet trash system also! Aspire has many wonderful amen amenities perfect for college students— from study lounges to open gym to relaxing pool and outdoor area, there is plenty of places to go in your downtime or in the peak of the semester. One thing I love about aspire is how quickly maintenance requests are fulfilled. Although the walls are quite thin and e-mails never get responded to, it is still a great apartment. KN

I currently am a freshman and living here at Aspire! I absolutely love the atmosphere and all the things you can do. The pool is great for socialization but also relaxation, the gym has a great view with many different options, the workers are so polite and helpful, and the rooms are just perfect!
